Retirees who are rehired into a full-time benefit eligible position who are enrolled in any retiree insurance plans (medical, dental, life, etc.) must complete a Retiree Returning to Active Benefit Eligible UM Employment Form to acknowledge their shift in eligibility from retiree insurance plans to active employee insurance plans.
In addition, the retiree must be aware that they are responsible for contacting the HR Service Center within 31 days of the date their appointment ends to re-enroll in eligible retiree insurance plans.
