The 萌妹社区 received a fully executed lease for the Old Hawthorne Golf Center on Highway WW, Columbia, Mo. The lease was authorized by the 萌妹社区 Board of Curators on July 27, 2007. The lease is from Old Hawthorne Golf, LLC, for the period August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2027, with the option of three additional 10-year periods at an annual maintenance fee of $24,000.
